Refund policy
- The refund process can be initiated only after we have received the product in its initial condition (unused) with all the tags and invoice. In case, the customer fails to comply with any of the aforesaid requirements, the refund process will not be initiated.
- In the scenario, where a customer pays online, he/she can expect to get the refund within 7-15 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
- If the client pays online, the cash will be reimbursed at our warehouse within 7-15 working days from receipt of the returned product(s).
- For COD, the amount can be refunded by cheque or by online transfer in the form of NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
- The amount that is refunded by cheque will be done with courier service at the customer address (the same one used while placing the order). It can take up to 30 business days
