Jewels by Preeti ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery conduct for its customers. All the deliveries across the nation are completely free. Our experienced logistic staff is committed to deliver your jewellery on deadline, however we will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.
Delivery Time
The delivery of the products within the Indian trade requires 5-7 business days from the day of order confirmation provided the delivery is not delayed by the government or any other corporation acting on behalf of the State. If the delivery term exceeds the specified time, it is probable that the purchase would be cancelled and the customer is notified on the same.
Delivery Location
JewelsbyPreeti has structured its delivery policy in such a way that the delivery of your consignment would be possible only in residential and commercial establishments rather than public places like restaurants, malls, etc.
If the recipient is not present during the delivery period, the courier company will try to deliver the package three times. After making a third effort, the courier firm can not take additional requests from customers to keep the merchandise back. If the customer remains unavailable even during the third attempt, the parcels get returned to the delivery centre.
Please ensure that the department information, employees number and straightforward fixed number are given to avoid any problem at the last minute and delivery failures in cases where the office address is provided for delivery.

Expected items in the parcel
The parcel would contain:

- Billing or invoice related documentation
- Tamper Proof cover (which can be used in case you choose to return)
- Product certificate (wherever applicable).
