Return and Refund Policy

JewelsbyPreeti is proud to offer 100 % customer satisfaction with the items on their website in terms of security and order fulfillment. You can nevertheless opt to return the order when you're not impressed with the product.

In case of any unusual circumstances, when a customer receives a damaged product or different product, the same person can initiate a return request for the product in its initial form with the invoice. The courier will pick up the product and will send it back to us.

Return Process

  • Customers can seek assistance by dialing in +91-9560452801 or mailing at info@jewelsbypreeti.com within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Without receiving a confirmation email from us, customers should not return the product.
  • All items should be returned unmodified and unused in their original condition.
  • Fill in the return package with the invoice/guarantee card. Returns are not processed without the above mentioned.
  • Our customer support will call the customer to validate a serial number of that jewelry product. 

 Note: 

  • No return request would be entertained after 7 days of the product receiving.
  • Return requests can be processed only after confirmation of the product serial number.

Refund Process

  • The refund process can be initiated only after we have received the product in its initial condition (unused) with all the tags and invoice. In case, the customer fails to comply with any of the aforesaid requirements, the refund process will not be initiated.
  • In the scenario, where a customer pays online, he/she can expect to get the refund within 7-15 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
  • If the client pays online, the cash will be reimbursed at our warehouse within 7-15 working days from receipt of the returned product(s).
  • For COD, the amount can be refunded by cheque or by online transfer in the form of NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
  • The amount that is refunded by cheque will be done with courier service at the customer address (the same one used while placing the order). It can take up to 30 business days
